  I have been a three customer for 10 years and never expected to be treated with such a bad attitude from the man behind the desk( the one with an ear ring on } All i needed was a bit of help replacing my sim card and he just simply dismissed me by sayin that my wife was the main account holder . I understand that there are rules but i was able to match all the security questions , i had forms of ID , and i was actually sent there by a three mobile operator who assured me there wil be no problems as i was added on as a spouse with full rights on the contract. He just said simply NO, CAN`T DO IT "to everything i was saying. I`ve begged him to call the head office or to let me do it to check if i was genuine....not a chance . Had to come back and called again, spoke to Christina who was a joy to talk to . She sorted my problem in under 3 minutes.Very very dissipointed by the treatment of that person who needs a very intensive customer care training course
