  4.5 * as there is always room for some improvement.
  So here goes...
  There is a humane intelligence in the Management team and the Manager really cared and this ethos continues she often puts the needs of others above herself.
  The G.P affiliated with Lypiatt Lodge was exceptional, the nurses were skilled experienced and intuitive.
  There were so many exceptional carers. The staff were kind, and sometimes busy but in reality absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
  The Chef was in tune with the needs of each individual and the laundry was specific well ordered, clean and fresh.
  There were appropriate activities which included Exercise, Sing- alongs and Craft Sessions.
  Communication with everyone who was involved with Lypiatt Lodge was welcomed and not a chore. I used a communication book to record issues that I felt were important. Our family was welcomed by the team daily and our loved one was cherished until the end.
