  Thank you for your review - It is not true to say we are being investigated by Trading standards, your relative signed up with us for 12 months of services, then tried to cancel the services ahead of time, we just followed the agreement. She called Trading standards yes , they dealt with the matter and informed your relative to pay what was owed (As the bills hadn't been paid) , then out of goodwill we agreed to cancel the remaining period as she had then paid for what she had and there were special circumstances so we thought it was the best thing to do, so we feel your review is unfairly damaging to our business, following a contractual agreement does not make us con artists as you claim. We have asked that it be removed by Google as an agreement was signed between your relative us and trading standards confirming that the matter was resolved in full and final settlement so there is no ongoing investigation all was settled amicably ; so we would be grateful if you would remove this review, we have obviously had to inform them about this review also .
