  Strangely they won't do single prints you have to spend £5 worth minimum on photos or buy a frame to go with the photo. Had to walk out the shop as all I needed was a single print and they couldn't provide this. Someone else in the shop in the time was in the same boat. Obviously they want to deter customers wanting single prints because it yields a poor profit margin but in the 5 minutes I was there they lost two customers so surely must happen all the time? And in the time he spent explaining they can't do it he could have just done it? Makes no sense to me . Plus if they accommodated, maybe when a customer needed a higher value photo developing and wanted a frame maybe they would go back?

  I have had all of my 35mm photos developed by these guys for over 2 years. Jon has basically taught me everything I know about photography, and mainly outside of shop hours. Extremely warm, knowledgeable staff. Great price structure, and SUPER fast turn around time. The only place worth going in the Cheltenham / Gloucester area. Don't believe the 1 star comments!!
